Unbeatable Sloppy Joes

This is a Kraft recipe. We had these for dinner last night and were pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely make this again rather than buying canned sloppy joe mix.

Prep Time: 10 min
Total: 25 min
Makes: 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 large tomato, chopped
6 hamburger buns, split
6 KRAFT Singles (I used shredded sharp cheddar rather than slices)
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cooked, drained (I had turkey bacon on hand so we used that instead.)

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.

ADD ketchup, chili powder and tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SPOON meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns. Top evenly with Singles, bacon and tops of buns.
