Training Week 1

My first week back in training is now complete! Here's a recap of my CrossFit and Half Marathon workouts.

Tuesday 5 January
5 minute warm up on the elliptical
30 minute run on the treadmill
5 minute cool down on the treadmill
3 Rounds of:
20 Pull Ups
20 Dips
15 Sit Ups
15 Hip Extensions
stretching

Thursday 7 January
5 minute warm up on the elliptical
30 minute run on the treadmill
5 minute cool down on the treadmill
3 Rounds of:
20 Wall Balls (6kg ball / 8ft)
10 Pull Ups
stretching

Saturday 9 January
5 minute warm up on the treadmill
4 mile run on the treadmill
5 minute cool down on the treadmill
stretching
