Training Week 2

Tuesday 12 January
5 minute warm up on the elliptical
30 minute run on the treadmill
5 minute cool down on the treadmill
3 Rounds of 21-15-9 reps for time:
Thrusters
Pull Ups
stretching

Thursday 14 January
Couldn't get to the gym today b/c of MOPS so I had to squeeze in a run when Bryan got home from work
5 minute warm up walk
30 minute run through our neighborhood
5 minute cool down walk
stretching

Saturday 16 January
5 minute warm up walk
5 mile run
5 minute cool down walk
stretching
