Santa Fe Soup

This is a soup recipe that my neighbor shared with me. It's a great meal for the cold winter days we've been having.

Santa Fe Soup
2 lbs ground round
2 lg onions (chopped)

Brown above and add:

2 pkgs Ranch dressing mix (dry)
2 pkgs taco seasoning mix (dry)

Add the following including the juice from the cans:
16 oz can kidney beans
16 oz can pinto beans
16 oz can black beans
16 oz can diced tomatoes
16 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles
2 - 16 oz cans white shoe peg corn

Add 2 cups of water and stir...bring to a boil and then simmer for at least 2 hours.
Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, cheese & tortilla chips or cornbread.
